Only individuals who are 21 years of age or older may register and play on betjil. betjil enforces age verification during registration and reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time. One Account Per Player
Each player may hold only one active betjil account. Creating duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held within them.

Account Security

Prohibited Activities

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate permanent account closure.
1. Eligibility
To register and maintain an account on betjil, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

2. Account Registration & Verification
When you register an account with betjil, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and mobile phone number. You must update your account information promptly if any of this information changes.
betjil applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all accounts. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or account limits are raised:
- A valid government-issued photographic identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
- Proof of residential address in Bangladesh (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months).
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registered under the same name).
- Any additional documentation requested by betjil's compliance team at its sole discretion.
betjil may impose temporary restrictions on an account pending satisfactory completion of the KYC process. betjil processes all personal data submitted during verification in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Accuracy of Registration Information
Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate and permanent closure of your account. Any funds held in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited in cases of deliberate misrepresentation.
3. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on betjil are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). betjil supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

- Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank — bank transfer

Minimum & Maximum Transaction Amounts
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. betjil may set maximum deposit and withdrawal limits at the account level in accordance with responsible gaming and compliance requirements. These limits may be adjusted upon request by contacting betjil support.
Withdrawal Processing Times
Withdrawal requests submitted during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) operating hours are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution. betjil reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.
Same-Method Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit on the account. betjil does not transfer funds to payment methods or accounts not previously used for deposits. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering.
betjil does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the same name as the betjil account. betjil reserves the right to return deposits and close accounts where third-party funding is detected.
4. Betting Rules & Wager Settlement
All bets placed on betjil are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, event, or game market on which the bet is placed. These rules are available within each product area on the betjil platform. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail for that product.
betjil reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human input error. betjil will use reasonable endeavours to notify affected players and return stakes for any voided bets within a reasonable period.
- Bets are accepted subject to betjil's right to impose account-level stake limits at its discretion.
- In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data feeds. betjil is not responsible for delays in data feed updates from third-party providers.
- Multi Bet accumulators require all selections to be settled as a win for the accumulator to pay out. One or more voided selections will result in the accumulator being recalculated without the voided leg.
- Crash game rounds (including Aviator) are settled immediately at the end of each round based on the multiplier at which the player cashed out, or at 1x if the player did not cash out before the crash.
- betjil's decision on the outcome of any disputed bet settlement is final, subject to the formal disputes procedure described in Section 8 of these Terms.
Responsible Acceptance of Winnings
Winnings credited to your betjil account as a result of a bet are available for immediate withdrawal subject to verification requirements. betjil does not impose standard wagering requirements on genuine sports or casino winnings. Bonus-related winnings are subject to the wagering requirements stated on the relevant promotion.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
betjil offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Bangladesh Premier League, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated on the promotion page:
- Each promotion is available only to eligible registered players and may be limited to one claim per player, per household, or per IP address.
- Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion terms before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

Wagering Requirements

8. Disputes & Complaints

betjil aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours of receipt and to resolve them within 7 business days. For complex complaints, betjil will keep you informed of progress and provide a final decision within 28 days of receipt. betjil's decision on any complaint is final and binding, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.
Bet Settlement Disputes
Any dispute regarding the settlement of a specific bet must be raised within 30 days of the event result being published. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. When raising a bet settlement dispute, please provide your bet reference number, the event name, the market on which the bet was placed, and a clear explanation of why you believe the settlement was incorrect.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betjil excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from:
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the betjil platform or any service offered on it.
- Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in odds, results data, or other information displayed on the betjil platform.
- Any unauthorised access to your betjil account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.
- Any loss of winnings, profits, business, or data arising from your use of the betjil platform.
- Any third-party service failures, including payment processing delays or interruptions caused by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking partners.
Nothing in these Terms limits betjil's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. betjil's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the betjil platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to betjil in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Account Closure & Termination

betjil reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal conduct on the betjil platform or in connection with any transaction.
- Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
- Abuse of bonuses, promotions, or any platform feature.
- Use of automated software, bots, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage.
- Regulatory or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.
Where an account is closed by betjil due to a breach of these Terms, betjil reserves the right to withhold any balance or pending withdrawals pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, betjil may forfeit some or all of the account balance at its reasonable discretion.
11. Governing Law & Miscellaneous

Severability
